Five Attractive Facebook Photo Ideas

Posted on 22:13 by Unknown
One of the most fun applications on Facebook is the Photo App. Facebook makes it easy to upload, append, organize and tag all your photos, and to determine who gets to see them. Photos are a great way to interact with people and show off your stuff. Here are five fun ways I use photos to attract attention!

1) Display Your Artwork: If you are an artist, a photographer or a designer, create a portfolio of your work and make sure everyone can see it. I have created a portfolio of designs in my photo albums and when I tag my clients in them, the picture shows up on their wall. They love it, and the pictures get seen by a broader audience. It's truly an interactive portfolio. I update the album occasionally to keep my work fresh on folks minds, advertise an upcoming launch, etc.

2) Pictures of Colleagues from Events: If you go to events and see Facebook friends there, take pics of them and post them in your albums. This is a fun way to follow up with folks after a great event and keep the feeling alive. Make sure to tag your friends so the pic shows up on their wall too. If other folks like the pic and comment on it, the photo will circulate to a larger audience.

3) Pictures from the Past: If you have great pictures from the past, it's a fun thing to post them and tag your friends. Everyone loves to see the old pics and your old friends will be happy you remembered them and they'll be touched that you cared enough to keep the pictures all these years.

4) Updating Your Profile Pic: Upload several profile pictures and swap them once in a while to stay on folks minds. Whenever you update your profice pic you will appear on all your friends' walls, and you'll be on their mind. It's a simple way to nudge folks without having to write anything.

5) Pictures from Your Current Life: Your old friends want to know what you're up to now, and your clients and colleagues love to hear about what's going on in your life. Satisfy their curiosity with pictures of your house, your neighborhood, places you've travelled to. You can also post pics from your own workshops, events, booths, and other activities you do to promote your biz. Let people know what a wonderful life you lead and they'll always be curious to learn more about you.
